For contractors: inbound calls by job type
25 call lines carry inbound calls from homeowners who have read a page about one kind of job, including roof, heating and AC, plumbing, electrical, water and fire damage, garage doors, trees, remodeling and three solar lines. Take calls through the pay-per-call network or directly by job type and area, paid per qualified call, with no contract.
A call from this site is an inbound phone call from a homeowner who has read a page about one kind of job, such as a roof leak, a tripping breaker, water damage, a standby generator or a solar fault, and then pressed the call button for that job.

Every page tells the caller to ask for a license number, insurance and the visit fee. Leased solar owners are told to call their servicer first.
Calls from the roof line may not be used for insurance-funded or storm-claim roof work, by any company, through the network or directly. Florida bars referral payments and inducements on roof work paid by property insurance, and Texas bars contractors from waiving or rebating deductibles. Water damage callers are told to call their insurer and not to sign an assignment of benefits.
Two ways to take calls
- Through the pay-per-call network. The lines run on a call marketplace; buyers set their own areas, hours, minimum call length and payout there.
- Directly. A licensed company can take a line for its area by job type, paid per qualified call. No contract and no setup fee.
What we ask of a company that takes calls directly
- A state license number where the trade requires one, and insurance certificates.
- Answering during the hours you set, and telling callers your visit, diagnostic or estimate fee up front.
- For solar lines, a yes to working on systems you did not install.
To take calls directly, email [email protected] with your company name, state, license number, the job types you want and the areas you cover. We reply within one business day.
Questions people ask
How are calls priced?
Per qualified call, by job type and area. On the call network the buyer sets the payout and minimum call length; direct arrangements are agreed by email.
Are the calls exclusive?
The network connects each call to one company at a time; an unanswered call may roll to another company.
Do the lines carry insurance work?
The roof line does not carry insurance or storm-claim work. Water damage callers may have a claim; they are told to call their insurer and keep the claim in their own name.
Do I have to take leased solar systems?
No. Every solar page tells lease and PPA customers to call their servicer first, and you can screen them on the call.
